Tonic Water
Classic reinvented

Tonic Water
We reinterpreted the classic tonic by eliminating sugar but preserving its characteristic bitter essence. Natural quinine from calisaya cinchona, infused with cardamom, coriander, and bitter orange peel. The result is a sophisticated, dry, and complex tonic that elevates any drink it touches.

Malic Acid
Malic acid (C₄H₆O₅) is a natural organic acid widely distributed in nature, predominant in fruits such as apples, cherries, and grapes. As an essential component of the Krebs cycle, it directly participates in ATP production —the cellular energy molecule— helping to reduce fatigue, improve physical performance, and boost natural energy. Its cardioprotective, digestive properties, and ability to stimulate saliva production make it a superior functional ally. In the food industry, it is recognized as the natural acidulant (E-296) that refines flavor without causing glycemic spikes. INAAM products are among the few on the market that incorporate malic acid as a star ingredient, elevating the sensory and functional experience of every beverage.
